How it Works

To e-sign a document from the Lime CRM user interface, navigate to a document in Lime and click on the "eSign with Scrive" button. Alternatively, you can navigate to a table of documents, select one or more and then click on the "eSign with Scrive" action. Both options will send you to the Scrive e-signing portal. If you are not already logged into your Scrive account, you will need to log in with your Scrive credentials. In the Scrive user interface, prepare the document and send for signing. Events during the signing process for the document will be forwarded to Lime CRM. Once the document has been signed and sealed, the signed and sealed file will be added to Lime.

If you are using the Clone Document option together with selecting multiple documents, be aware that only the main document is cloned. I.e. only the document that is first selected is cloned.

If you are using the Include Coworker or Include Person options together with selecting multiple documents, be aware that only contacts from the main document are included. I.e. only the coworker and/or person from the document that is first selected are used.
